Freight forwarding Sales Support Executive

Responsibilities :
Assist the sales team with generating new business and maintaining existing customer relationships. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner. Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and contracts accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth service delivery. Manage documentation, including shipping documents, customs clearance, and other sales-related paperwork. Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining sales databases, and preparing reports. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
