**What is the job?​**

As a French restaurant manager, you will collaborate with the F&B Director, F&B Manager, and Head Chef to deliver the finest service. Your responsibilities will include overseeing staff, maintaining quality, and ensuring seamless operations to provide the highest level of service for our guests

**Your day to day​**

+ Overall food and beverage service
+ Sales and budget management
+ Proposal of events and initiatives
+ Staff development
+ Shift scheduling
+ Collaborating with superiors to enhance overall employee satisfaction throughout the hotel
+ Effective daily communication in both Japanese and English with superiors, other outlet and restaurant managers, chefs, and team members
