Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and ensure seamless arrivals and departures

• Deliver personalised guest service throughout the guest journey

• Handle guest enquiries

• Manage reservations, guest information and daily operational reports

• Coordinate effectively with all lodge departments

• Maintain reception standards, administration and guest confidentiality

• Ensure smooth Front Office operations and service excellence



Requirements:
