About The Role
The Front Desk & Administrative Officer is responsible for providing a professional and welcoming experience for employees, visitors, and external partners while supporting the day‑to‑day administrative and workplace operations of the Kuala Lumpur office.
This role serves as the first point of contact for the office and plays a key role in ensuring smooth office operations, supporting Workplace & Facilities activities, managing vendor interactions, and coordinating administrative processes.
