Key Tasks
- Manage the day‑to‑day running of the reception, being the first point of contact for any student queries or complaints.
- Build a good rapport with all residents and resolve complaints/issues quickly.
- Ensure a smooth check‑in and check‑out of students.
- Ensure all documents and payments have been received before a student's arrival and that rooms are ready.
- Ensure welcome‑pack documents are completed on check‑in.
- Levy correct charges to student accounts on check‑out.
- Effectively traffic work to maintenance and housekeeping departments as reported to the front desk.
