This is a full-time, on-site role for a front desk receptionist, located in Mumbai. The front desk receptionist will be the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, managing incoming calls with professionalism, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the reception area is welcoming and organised. The role requires effective communication and a friendly demeanour to deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and professional Receptionist Duties experience
- Proficient in Clerical Skills such as scheduling, filing, and document management
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities with a focus on creating positive experiences
- Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
