Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in a relevant field is required.
- Experience Level: Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in a front desk or customer support role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Help Desk operations, strong time management and organizational skills, aptitude for support, analytical skills, scheduling expertise, and mastery of MS Office.
