Front Desk & Visitor Experience Lead

Crown Lift Trucks UK seeks a bright and welcoming receptionist to be the first point of contact for employees and visitors in Basingstoke. The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of reception experience and excellent customer service skills.

The position involves operating a switchboard, greeting visitors, and managing mail deliveries. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 5:30 pm and Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with a total of 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
