The Arding Rooms is x+why’s newest private members’ club, located in the beautifully restored Arding & Hobbs building in the heart of Clapham Junction. Featuring a stylish restaurant, bar, meeting and event space and a stunning roof‑top terrace with amazing views of London’s skyline, we aim to deliver exceptional experiences for our members and their guests.

About the Role

This is a variable contract offering approximately 35–40 hours per week, at £14 per hour plus a service charge. The role covers evenings and weekends, with occasional daytime shifts.

• Act as a highly visible brand ambassador, setting the tone for every member and guest experience from the moment they arrive.
• Support the General Manager and wider team with member and guest enquiries.
• Coordinate bookings for restaurants and meeting rooms.
• Manage RSVP tracking.
• Generate QR codes for events.
