JOB SUMMARY
As a Front Office Intern at Raffles Sentosa Singapore, you will be part of the heart of the guest journey, supporting the Front Office/ Butler team in delivering gracious, personalised and intuitive service that reflects the legendary Raffles brand. This internship offers hands-on exposure to luxury hospitality operations, where you will learn how to create memorable first and last impressions while supporting daily front desk, guest services and lobby operations. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following Raffles Brand Standards of Performance.
Assist with guest arrival and departure experiences including check-ins, check-outs and room escort coordination.
Support the Front Office / Butler team in handling guest requests, enquiries and service follow-ups promptly and accurately.
Learn and assist in operating the Property Management System (PMS) and related systems under supervision.
