Responsibilities:
Front Office & Client Management:
- Manage clients’ calendars and appointment scheduling efficiently.
- Interact with clients and clearly explain clinic services, treatments, offers, and schemes.
- Handle client grievances professionally and provide appropriate solutions to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Introduce and promote the latest organizational offers and schemes to clients.
Billing, Records & Reporting:
- Perform analysis, billing, and invoicing activities accurately.
- Maintain patient records in both physical files and computer systems, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Analyze data and prepare periodic reports for management review.
