Main Responsibilities Maintaining a strong working relationship with the trading. As a Capital Market Technical SME, the Senior FO RAD Developer will closely engage with Non-Linear Traders in Singapore to understand their day-to-day needs and business development plans. Proactively and interactively define automation solution and existing tools/processes enhancements to increase business efficiency. Agile Developer, manage the full IT delivery lifecycle from requirement gathering to production live support including solution design and implementation following IT best practices and guidelines for safe and reliable systems. FO first line of support: Answer business urgent support requests in a timely manner supporting trading tools (mainly in Excel/VBA and python).
