Opportunity Description
Job description:
- Supervise daily Front Office operations, including check-in/out procedures and guest welcoming, to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Resolve tenant complaints and handle emergency situations occurring in the reception area.
- Manage the team by establishing duty rosters, conducting briefings, and providing training for new staff.
- Monitor room status and occupancy forecasts, and ensure strict control of access keys.
- Maintain resident ledgers and cash handling procedures to prevent financial losses or bad debts.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Property Management to enhance the overall resident experience.
Requirements:
- University degree with at least 2 years of Front Office experience and 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Advanced English proficiency with strong professional communication skills.
