Responsibilities

Complete necessary paperwork Set up equipment for production and CIP Clean equipment and work area as necessary Monitor and change totes as necessary making sure to sanitize connections prior to hook-up Weigh totes and place in appropriate location Perform daily inventory and submit orders for fruit needed to meet production demands Test air pressure of totes for quality purposes Communicate with other departments frequently to ensure job tasks...
