FS Regulatory Associate

A leading global law firm based in Dubai is seeking a Financial Service Regulatory Lawyer with 3-5 years experience in a magic silver circle law firm working on financial services regulatory matters for their Dubai office. This hire is to specifically support the financial services regulatory product offering.

The practice may be subdivided into three parts:

• Freestanding contentious and non-contentious regulatory advice
• Transaction support, predominantly fund establishment and corporate support
• Legislative drafting

Experience of working with a local or international regulator would be advantageous.
