Field RN – Medicare Home Health Visits Full-Time $3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
Location: Orange, Osceola & Seminole Counties, FL
AccordCare Home Health, a licensed Medicare-certified home health agency, is seeking experienced Full-Time Field RNs to provide high-quality care to our patients. Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe and effective nursing care based on individualized Plan of Care
- Administer medications, wound care, infusions, catheter care, and other nursing tasks as required
- Communicate promptly any changes in patient medical status or emergencies to the team for effective case management
- Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and mobility needs
