Fulfillment Associate

Vaco Boston has partnered with our client to help find a Fulfillment Specialist to join its team. This position is onsite in Boston, MA. Responsibilities Fulfill customer orders including searches, document retrieval, preparation, filings, and recordings Coordinate with customers, vendors, and agencies to resolve issues and meet deadlines Explain services, processes, and jurisdictional requirements clearly and accurately Make timely decisions to meet client expectations Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction Assist with training on products, requirements, and internal systems Qualifications Associate's degree or 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment Experience with UCC, mortgage, lending, or commercial banking preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong data entry skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively Stro...
