Fulfillment Executive

About the role:

We are looking for a Fulfilment Executive to manage the day-to-day order processing and logistics operations that keep our deliveries smooth and reliable. This role is critical in ensuring every order is picked, packed, and dispatched accurately while maintaining efficiency across returns and exchanges.

You will be responsible for printing invoices and shipping labels, picking and packing daily orders, maintaining dispatch counts and manifests, and coordinating timely handovers to logistics partners. The role also involves accepting return and exchange requests, verifying returned products for quality and accuracy, and working closely with the customer support team to resolve queries related to returns and exchanges.
