Fulfilment Engineer

Purpose of the position: Handles the operational relationship with Customer, interlockings with internal teams to meet Customer needs and sustain Foxconn financial targets. Main Roles & Responsibilities: Daily interface with Dell's Global Supply Manager (GSM) to maintain effective customer relations. Collaborate and align with Operations and SCM teams to ensure seamless coordination. Conduct thorough analysis of customer demand variations, identifying potential implications on air freight, inventory levels, and capacity. Prepare comprehensive managerial reports. Monitor and track customer actual pull rates to ensure accurate demand fulfillment. Coordinate and manage diverse customer requests, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution. Formal Studies: Bachelor’s Degree in Admin, Economics, Engineering (project & business-related area). Experience: 5 yr in program management, 3 yr in maquiladora in leadership position.
