Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations for a business based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. This position is ideal for someone who can independently manage core accounting activities, maintain organized records, and help keep the office running efficiently. The right candidate will bring strong QuickBooks experience, sound judgment, and the ability to handle both bookkeeping and administrative responsibilities with accuracy.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the complete bookkeeping cycle, including recording financial activity and maintaining accurate general ledger data.
• Process vendor invoices, schedule payments, and monitor outgoing transactions to keep accounts payable current.
