Full Desk Perm Recruiter (remote in the Greater Dallas / Fort Worth Area)

Remote position that requires candidates to live in the Greater Dallas Fort Worth, TX area.

This role recruits for a variety of positions at all different levels. The goal of this position is to generate direct hire fees through 360 marketing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to client companies for direct hire positions. Search Consultant will follow activity and production guidelines according to pre-determined requirements.
