Full-stack and platform engineering, logistics ai / remote / immediate joinees

Hi All,

We're looking for a high-agency full-stack engineer with experience building enterprise-grade software in freight, logistics, supply chain, transportation, brokerage operations, TMS systems, load boards, dispatch, or adjacent operational domains.

You'll join our AI-native engineering team and take ownership of major product and platform initiatives that help freight brokers and 3 PLs run real shipments with AI agents.

This role is for someone who can lead from the front: clarify ambiguous problems, make strong technical decisions, drive execution across the stack, and raise the engineering bar as the team grows.

For this hire, domain fluency matters. You should understand freight broker and 3 PL workflows, including TMS integrations, load boards, carrier networks, and operational edge cases.
