Able to provide aesthetic advice for presentations. Must have photo realistic 3D renderings skills. Excellent knowledge of 3D software applications such as AutoCAD / SketchUp / V-Ray / Sketchup / Power Point / PhotoShop Photoshop Illustrator/ Single Line Isometric Drawing.
Requirements: Good communication skills (verbal and written). Strong design sense with attention to detail. Positive, focused, and cheerful attitude. Resourceful, innovative, and proactive. Able to work independently and meet project timelines. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Architecture, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, or equivalent.
