Opportunity Description

Effectiive for the 5-6 school year, an internal vacancy for a full-time Head Cook exists within the division of Administrative Services of the Chester County Intermediate Unit. This position is located at our TCHS Pennocks Bridge campus located at Pennock Bridge Road in West Grove, PA.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Perform all aspects of food preparation, production and sanitation within the cafeteria. Provide good customer service to students and staff and work as a team player.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plans, directs, supervises and participates in the preparation, cooking and serving of quantity and quality food as per standardized recipes and participate in all aspects of the School Breakfast ( students), Lunch ( students), one Head Start Program on site ( students), 5 satellite Head Start/Child Care/School Program off sites ( students total), and one charter school ( students) and adult Caf�.
