Opportunity Description
Join Methuen Village as a full-time Maintenance Associate, ensuring a clean and safe environment for senior residents. Handle maintenance calls, perform essential cleaning, and carry out preventative maintenance tasks.
As a valuable member of the team, you will work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. Your key duties will include responding to service calls, assisting with housekeeping, and managing apartment turnover. Additionally, you will be responsible for snow removal to maintain safety during winter months.
