Responsibilities

• Maintaining the building and equipment
• Out routine checks weekly, monthly, and annually on systems in the home and ensuring that external checks are carried out within the agreed timeframe – e.g. Loler testing
• Monitor and respond to the fire alarm call, boilers and lift.
• Make effective and efficient use of resources in any maintenance or repair.
• To conduct banking and purchase of small items for the home.
