Join a traveling Physical Therapist team where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Active Ohio Physical Therapy license required prior to start of assignment.
Experience providing home health physical therapy preferred.
Ability to complete patient evaluations, develop plans of care, and document per CMS and agency requirements.
Schedule flexibility to participate in weekend rotation and potential holiday availability as needed.
