Full-Time Sales Lead (West Edmonton Mall)

Job Description

As a Swatch Sales Lead, you will report to the Store Manager and assist in all day‑to‑day operations. Although your focus will be on sales initiatives, you also will coach sales associates to achieve their performance goals while embodying Swatch Core Competencies: Customer Focus, Drive for Results, Build Effective Teams and Relationships, Creativity and Problem‑Solving, and Humility and Integrity.

Starting base pay of $18.90 per hour plus a monthly performance bonus.
