Surveillance Supervisor

Under the supervision of the Surveillance Manager, the Surveillance Supervisor will be responsible for all functions of their respective shift. Ensure routine training of Surveillance personnel on all policies and procedures, including Internal Controls; Surveillance Supervisor must generate detailed and accurate reports. Surveillance Supervisor is responsible for protection of company assets. Administer coaching, annual evaluations and other administrative duties. Ensure that company operations are adhered to in accordance with the Gaming Compact, Santa Clara Development Corporation policies, Tribal Gaming Commission and pursuant to all applicable NIGC requirements, MICS, ICS. Communicates with appropriate departments to address any instances of illegal conduct, procedural non-compliance, or safety/security breaches. Document personnel issues and maintain good report and communication with Surveillance Manager. Perform all other duties as assigned.
