Opportunity Description
Strive to create a safe and supportive environment as a full-time Supportive Living Coordinator in Calgary. This role involves crisis intervention and collaboration to help individuals with complex mental health challenges.
You will be the primary support for clients, implementing individualized service plans and advocating for their needs while facilitating group sessions. Your expertise in trauma-informed care and de-escalation techniques will be essential in managing high-stress situations and ensuring a respectful living atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor individualized Service Plans for clients
• Deliver psycho-educational programs and skill-building groups
• Respond to crisis situations and conduct risk assessments
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions
• Promote cooperative living through house meetings
Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work or similar
• Minimum two years in supportive living experience
