Full-Time Video Editor - Dental Marketing

About the Role

We run paid advertising campaigns for dental practices across North America. We produce a high volume of ad creatives — green screen videos, UGC-style talking head ads, before/after transformations, and short-form social content — and we need a dedicated editor who can keep up with the pace and grow with us.

This is not a send you files and wait 5 days kind of role. You'll be on calls with us regularly to go over new ideas, review edits in real time, and stay aligned on what we're producing. Communication and speed matter just as much as skill.

What You'll Be Doing

• Editing green screen ad videos (keying, background replacement, text overlays, transitions)
• Cutting and polishing UGC-style talking head ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
• Creating before/after transformation videos for dental implant and cosmetic dentistry campaigns
• Producing short-form content optimized for Reels, TikTok, and paid social
