Full Stack Engineer – Flutter / Python / Django (Hybrid – Cape Town)

We are working with a fast-growing South African tech startup that is redefining how parking works - think smart cities, IoT, license plate recognition, digital payments, and a product that is rapidly becoming a household name across the country. They are a small, high-ownership team of strong engineers who build everything: mobile apps, web dashboards, backend systems, and hardware integrations. As they scale nationally, they need someone who can genuinely do it all - and do it well.

This is not a role for a pure backend engineer, and it is not a role for a frontend-only developer. The ideal person has strong Flutter experience, is comfortable working across the stack with Python and Django, and - critically - has the product instinct and UI sensibility to design and build great-looking interfaces without a dedicated designer in the team.
