Opportunity Description

Overview

Purpose of the role: Responsible for managing, planning, organizing and coordinating various type of events for the Conference Room and Restaurant.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients to find out their exact event requirements
  • Plan event from start to finish according to requirements
  • Prepare quotes, programmes, floor plan and invoices
  • Set up conference room/function venue accordingly
  • Coordinate with restaurant manager to ensure event is completed smoothly
  • Brief all staff before the event on requirements and set up
  • Meet with vendors and clients before and on the day of the event (stakeholder management)
  • Research opportunities for new clients and events
  • Function reconciliation and feedback/de-brief to Destination manager
  • Create and update conference/function/tasting room package
  • Responsible for Weekly programme for all brand home bookings
  • Full-time Event Management
