Functional consultant - time & attendance

We are working with an independent consultancy dedicated to empowering frontline staff through innovative IT solutions. They are entering an exciting period of growth and building our Cape Town capability to deliver world‑class workforce management solutions and scale our operations. As a Functional Consultant specialising in UKG Pro Time & Attendance, you will work end‑to‑end on client engagements, focusing on time capture, scheduling, labour rules, and system integrations. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and implementing scalable workforce management solutions across complex retail environments.

Cape Town (Hybrid with min 3 days in the office). Candidates must already have the permanent right to work in South Africa. Any relocation required would need to be arranged and funded personally.
