This role supports the client team by managing operational, financial, and planning activities. The focus is on maintaining accurate project timelines, tracking financial data, and coordinating requests across stakeholders using internal client systems.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and prioritize incoming requests via a shared mailbox; coordinate across planning, operations, and finance.Monitor and track requests, ensure completion, escalate issues, and update stakeholders.Learn additional workflows as needed.
