Functional Skills Tutor

Overview

CLOSING DATE 19th June 2026. We are seeking Qualified Functional Skills Tutors to support our Post 16 Warwickshire delivery team. Location: across Warwickshire, Outreach & Post 16 Hub based in Nuneaton – own transport required to transport young people.

Working pattern: 40 weeks (term time plus 5 training and development days). Working hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (part‑time days available). September start date.

We need proactive, learner‑focused professionals who can design and deliver tailored learning experiences that ignite curiosity, build confidence, and restore hope for young people with SEMH and SEN needs. The role focuses on delivering Functional Skills English and Maths to enable learners to re‑engage in education, achieve qualifications, and progress to further education, training or employment.
