Mon - Fri (Rotating Shift 07:30 - 17:00) Responsibilities Operate vacuum and brazing furnaces for heat treatment of aircraft components according to production schedules, FAA regulations, and customer requirements. Perform furnace setup, fixture loading, temperature setting, and process monitoring. Follow work instructions, technical documents, and safety procedures at all times. Monitor furnace temperatures throughout the heat treatment process to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain heat-treatment logs and perform basic maintenance and housekeeping duties. Report any issues related to parts, equipment, tooling, or materials to the supervisor.
Requirements 1 – 3 years of heat treatment experience, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing environment. Able to work rotating shifts. Minimum GCE O-Level / NITEC / Technical Certificate or equivalent.
