Fusion Hcm Functional Principal Consultant/Sr Principal/Architect

Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations across multiple modules. Operate independently to deliver high-quality consulting and functional solutions aligned with Oracle methodologies and best practices. Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, design workshops, and system configuration for HCM modules. Prepare key functional deliverables, including requirement documents, solution designs, gap analysis, test scripts, and configuration documentation. Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations, conversions, extensions, and report developments. Analyze, identify, and resolve complex functional and technical issues. Configure Oracle HCM applications and support ongoing enhancements. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members in solution design and implementation activities.
