Job Description
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow to ensure financial health of the company
- Oversee treasury, banking relationships, and credit facility management
- Monitor expenditures, analyze variances, and support business decisions with financial insights
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian Manpower Law, BPJS, and related regulations
- Manage compensation & benefits, training programs, and expatriate administration
- Prepare and submit accurate financial and operational reports to HQ on schedule
- Act as primary liaison between Indonesian operations and Japan HQ for finance and administrative matters
