What You’ll Do as an FX Sales Team Lead
- Lead a sales team, establish objectives, and drive sales programs.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members to help them progress in their careers.
- Pitch and close deals with prospective clients by phone and face‑to‑face meetings.
- Manage new customer relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding and first trades.
- Provide accurate forecasting of expected sales volume.
- Implement regional sales programs and training plans with your team and other heads.
- Ensure adherence to company‑wide sales methodology and sales administration processes.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
