Position: FX Sales Retention Agent with Japanese
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + Commission (Full relocation)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Promote the company's products and services
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Convert high quality leads into long-lasting customers
- Increase chances of future salesEnsure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
- Keep up to date with the financial markets.
- Native/fluent in Japanese, both oral and written.
- Previous Retention experience in Forex & CFD Industry is mandatory
- Computer savviness
- Ability to work with deadlines & targets
- Management and mathematics skills
- Great objection-handling skills.
- Full relocation package
