1. Process Support Activities
Support process engineers in daily manufacturing operations by assisting with routine process support tasks for PVD, CVD, and Reflow processes.
2. Process Data Collection & Monitoring
Collect, organize, and validate process-related data (, key parameters, run conditions, and tool outputs) to support ongoing process monitoring and evaluation.
3. Defect Observation & Basic Analysis Support
Assist engineers in reviewing defect data and wafer maps, summarizing observations, and supporting preliminary defect trend identification under supervision.
