Opportunity Description
(FYT) | FULL-TIME ACCOUNT ASSISTANT | UP TO $2800/MONTH | PIONEER | 2 WAY TRANSPORT | SUBSIDIZED STAFF LUNCH
Location: Pioneer (2 Way company transport provided)
Salary: $2800/month (Depending on experience)
Working hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.30pm
Subsidized staff lunch: $2 per meal
Basic Jobscope- Handle accounts receivable including cheque verification, collections, and AR invoicing
- Prepare billing and miscellaneous charges
- Manage monthly schedules (prepayments and inventory)
- Support accounts payable and fixed asset tracking
- Assist in inventory counts and stock-related processes
- Support month-end and year-end closing
