G03 - ServiceNow Platform Engineer

Overview You will develop and customise
GRC solutions on enterprise SaaS platforms (preferably ServiceNow) , focusing on
Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
modules such as Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, and Audit Management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that support risk and compliance operations.
Responsibilities
Configure and customise
GRC / IRM modules
on enterprise SaaS platforms (preferably ServiceNow).
Develop platform applications using
workflow tools, business rules, scripting frameworks, and UI customisation .
Build and manage
integrations with external systems
using REST/SOAP APIs.
Design
automated workflows
to support risk assessment and compliance processes.
Create
dashboards, reports, and analytics
to monitor risk posture and compliance status.
Perform
platform administration
including user management, access control, and system maintenance.
