G09 - Product Manager

Role Overview We are seeking a Product Manager with strong Product Design and UX capabilities to support the implementation and adoption. This role combines product design, user research, stakeholder management, training, procurement coordination, and operational within a high-impact environment. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering teams, leadership stakeholders, and platform vendors to improve incident response workflows, drive platform adoption, and support compliance with government security standards. Key Responsibilities Product Design & User Research Improve operational efficiency and reduce Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR) through user-centric product enhancements. Translate user feedback and operational requirements into wireframes, UX improvements, and functional product requirements optimized for high-pressure environments.
