About the Role

We're looking for a designer-builder hybrid – someone who can take a raw idea and turn it into a playable, surprising, finished game. Not a paper designer. Not a pure programmer. A creative force who has shipped at least one full game and knows what it takes to design a project end-to-end: concept, mechanics, systems, feel, art direction, and the small thousand decisions in between.
