Garden Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Garden Associate. This associate will maintain, upkeep, and develop our garden department. The position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the garden, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that the garden is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with a team in the maintenance and upkeep of the garden, including managing inventory and organization of product
• Conduct regular inspections of the garden to identify areas for improvement and implement those action plans
• Manage garden resources, including plant materials, tools, and equipment
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that garden activities are integrated with other store activities
• Help in training and guidance to new garden staff on best practices and new techniques
• Help maintain a calendar of garden events and activities
