Gardener – 40-acre Estate nr Shipston-on-Stour

A rare opportunity has arisen for a Skilled Gardener to work closely with the Head Gardener on a 40-acre estate near Shipston-on-Stour. The estate includes 4 acres of naturistic style gardens with formal elements. The owners purchased the property 10 years ago and are midway through a development program. The current gardens feature a modest vegetable garden, mixed borders, large lawns, parterre, formal yellow garden, and a Ha-ha. Plans include a large orangery, topiary, greenhouse, and rejuvenation of a variety of plantings such as a large selection of roses, and potential future expansion.

We are seeking an experienced Skilled Gardener to work alongside a small team of three part‑time gardeners, under the guidance of the Head Gardener.
