Garment Technologist Key Responsibilities Participate in final prototype fit sessions to support smooth seasonal handover. Measure and review sample garments at all stages (SMS, size sets, pre-production), coordinating fit sessions with the development team and issuing clear feedback to suppliers. Oversee grading accuracy across the range, ensuring consistent fit across all sizes. Prepare, review and issue bulk specifications, responding to supplier queries and managing associated comments. Request, track and maintain all required product compliance documentation. Organise wearer fit testing and use feedback to refine fit across non-base sizes.
