Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused engineer who can confidently undertake planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, repairs, servicing and installation works, while ensuring compliance with all health, safety and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver commercial gas, combustion, heating and HVAC bias PPM, proactive and reactive works within agreed timeframes.
• Carry out fault finding, repairs, servicing and installation on commercial and domestic gas and HVAC systems.
• Undertake general building services maintenance including fabric, plumbing, mechanical and HVAC tasks.
• Provide call-out response in line with the client call-out rota.
• Diagnose and repair system and plant faults, including basic electrical fault finding.
